Hearing Loss Research

Hi Everyone!!

I’m excited to share that my doctoral research study has officially been IRB-approved, and I’m now looking for participants. I am currently an audiology student at Central Michigan University. My focus for this project is to better understand the primary healthcare experiences of Deaf, deaf, and hard-of-hearing adults across the United States. 

**Participant Requirements:**
* Be 18 years of age or older.
* Have hearing loss, be hard of hearing, identify as Deaf/deaf, or use a cochlear implant.
* Have attended at least one primary care (family doctor/general practitioner) appointment.
* Be willing to complete a confidential survey (approximately 15–20 minutes).
